Since the week long heatwave that has hit London I’ve been drinking more and more water, I have around 2.5 litres a day which is slightly more then I’d usually drink. However I have noticed a difference in my skin.

Drinking plenty of water a day is an essential part of any beauty routine – by drinking water you flush out the toxins and eliminate dirt which clogs your pours giving you a healthy glow.

Drinking water also helps to tone your body and keep it tight. As your body naturally fills cells with water to make them firm and tight, water helps reduce the appearance of wrinkles as well as helping rid the appearance of cellulite and flabby skin.
